Fort Myers Criminal Defense and Homicide Attorney David A. Brener 239-332-1100 has gone into partnership with former prosecutor Thomas E. DeMine, III. The Firm will now be known as Brener and Demine, P.A., and will continue to practice criminal law in state and federal court. Mr. DeMine is a former Assistant State Attorney in the 20th Judicial Circuit, who was assigned to Fort Myers. While there, he represented the State of Florida in felony and misdemeanor court, and gained invaluable experience into both the prosecution and defense of criminal cases. Since he left the prosecutor's office in 2009, he has been employed by Mr. Brener as an Associate, where he has handled a wide variety of criminal cases in felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile court. As a result of his exemplary work, after only 18 months as an Associate, Tom has been made an equity partner. He will continue to practice state and federal criminal law in Fort Myers, Naples, Punta Gorda, and LaBelle.
